    Job Summary This full-time role combines clinical oversight, care coordination, and staff management. In addition, the role will initially include supporting sales and marketing. As Care Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing a team of caregivers and ensuring that care is delivered with high standards of quality. You will work cross-functionally with healthcare providers, clients, caregivers, and internal staff to ensure a seamless and compassionate care experience across our service territory.

    Responsibilities

    Care Coordination & Clinical Responsibilities

    Conduct in-home client assessments and create individualized care plans

    Perform routine supervisory visits

    Monitor and evaluate care quality and caregiver performance

    Consult with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate services

    Ensure all care complies with regulatory, professional, and brand standards

    Participate in quality assurance and risk management programs

    Provide health education and client/family counseling

    Recruiting & Scheduling Responsibilities

    Oversee caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and training processes

    Conduct interviews and participate in the caregiver selection process

    Ensure adequate staffing coverage and alignment of caregiver-client matches

    Manage ongoing scheduling adjustments to accommodate client needs and staff availability

    Maintain active communication with caregivers regarding schedules, expectations, and feedback

    Monitor attendance and timekeeping to ensure reliability and consistency

    Support for Sales & Marketing (during initial months only)

    Support leadership team with local sales and marketing strategy

    Conduct outreach calls or visits per week

    Build referral relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and eldercare professionals

    Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities

    Represent the agency at health fairs, expos, and local events

    Track leads and outreach using CRM tools and performance metrics

    Qualifications, Requirements & Experience

    Bachelor or Master's Degree in Science or Nursing

    Active RN license in good standing (Massachusetts) (preferred)

    Previous experience in care coordination, employee supervision, and client management (preferred)

    CPR certification

    Strong clinical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

    Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and staff scheduling (preferred)

    Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    Ability to travel across the Greater Boston suburbs

    Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance

    Negative TB test or chest x-ray
