We’re seeking a warm, proactive communicator to join our team as a Community Relations Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and helping families discover care they can trust. You’ll represent our agency in the community, support client acquisition, and help shape our outreach strategy.

🛠️ Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, senior centers, discharge planners, and referral sources

Represent Youniverse at community events, health fairs, and outreach activities

Create and distribute marketing materials that reflect our values and compliance standards

Respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism

Collaborate with leadership on messaging and outreach campaigns

Track engagement and report on outreach efforts

Ensure all public-facing materials meet California home care regulations
