About the Role:

Join Brightstar Care of Lakeland and Winter Haven as a Home Care Outside Sales Representative! This exciting opportunity offers the chance to drive sales in the growing home care industry while earning significant commissions. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Present our home care services to potential clients and partners.

Attend networking events and community outreach programs to promote our services.

Track sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly.

Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families.

You’ll also meet directly with families, guiding them through care options with empathy and professionalism, helping convert inquiries into clients. You’ll spend 95% of your time actively building relationships in the community while supported by our experienced office-based professionals in Lakeland, Florida3

Requirements:

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in healthcare or home care.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Knowledge of the local healthcare market and community resources.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Passion for helping others and promoting quality care.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
