    BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced and flexible Per Diem RN in the Duluth, MN area for a hybrid role that combines home health nursing visits and infusion/injection care. This nurse will perform in-home visits such as wound care, medication setups, INR checks, and other skilled nursing tasks, while also providing infusions and injections as ordered in the Plan of Care. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, has strong clinical judgment, and is willing to travel within a 30–60 minute radius of Duluth. We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, communicative, and passionate about delivering high-quality, one-on-one care. This role offers flexible scheduling with a variety of shift options—including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays—based on client needs and your availability.     Job Responsibilities:

    Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards.

    Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes.

    Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

    Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

    Requirements:

    Active RN license in the state of practice.

    Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting is advantageous.

    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
