Sales Representative – Nursing & Home Care Staffing

Compensation: Base salary starting at $70,000+ (based on experience) + Profit Sharing + Equity Potential

A well-established nursing and home care staffing agency with over 17 years in business is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join its growing team. The organization specializes in connecting healthcare professionals with hospitals, nursing homes, and home care clients throughout South Florida.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home care providers.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.

• Conduct outreach to prospective clients through calls, visits, and networking events.

• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Maintain an active pipeline of leads and meet or exceed sales goals.

• Represent the agency with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within home care, healthcare staffing, or nurse placement.

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Knowledge of the South Florida healthcare market is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Base salary from $70,000+, depending on experience.
