    πŸ“… Caregiver Scheduling & Staffing Coordination: βœ” Manage caregiver schedules using AxisCare software βœ” Ensure full client coverage and prevent missed shifts βœ” Respond to call-offs and urgent staffing needs βœ” Maintain a dependable backup caregiver pool βœ” Monitor overtime and scheduling efficiency

    🀝 Client Care Coordination: βœ” Match caregivers with clients based on skills, personality, and care needs βœ” Understand client care plans and home environments βœ” Promote client satisfaction and caregiver retention βœ” Act as a liaison between clients, families, caregivers, and healthcare providers

    πŸ§‘β€βš•οΈ Caregiver Support & Field Operations: βœ” Address caregiver and client concerns βœ” Resolve scheduling and care-related issues βœ” Provide field support to caregivers βœ” Maintain strong client relationships and continuity of care

    🌿 Hospice Coordination: βœ” Assign appropriately trained caregivers to hospice clients βœ” Coordinate with hospice partners as needed

    πŸš— Field Engagement (Client Care): βœ” Provide approximately 12 hours per week of direct client care βœ” Support clients and caregivers in the field βœ” Assist with coverage when needed
