We’re growing and looking for Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Therapists to join our home care team!

What You’ll Do

Provide therapy services to patients in their homes

Create and carry out personalized treatment plans

Track patient progress and adjust care as needed

Educate patients and families

Complete simple, timely documentation

Work independently with support from our clinical team

What We’re Looking For

Licensed OT, PT, or ST in New York

Home care experience is a plus, but not required

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Ability to manage your own schedule
