Now Hiring Experienced Home Care Visit Nurse, Part-Time, Availability Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (10-15 Visits per week) *Additional Visits May be Available if open on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays as well. Visit Pay between $60-70/Visit

Paid Mileage: between clients or between client visits and office.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide nursing services to patients in a home setting.

Services may include, but not limited to; wound care, INR, Medication Management, Catheter Cares, etc.

Perform routine nursing care to patients as prescribed by the healthcare provider.

Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of vital signs and health progress.

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

Document Nurse Visits in accordance with State and Joint Commission Guidelines.

Requirements:

Valid LPN or RN license in the state of practice. (Minnesota)

Experience in home health care or similar settings is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing empathetic, respectful care.

Ability to work independently and efficiently with keen attention to detail.

Ability to Travel and Commute throughout Territory (Maple Grove, Elk River, Anoka, Circle Pines and Surrounding Areas)

Reliable Vehicle, Current Auto Insurance, and Valid Driver's License
