Helping Hands Home Care provides essential, non medical, and sometimes skilled nursing support to seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness, allowing them to live safely and independently at home. The idle candidate for this position is not defined by their skills, but primarily by their empathy, patience, and commitment to improving the quality of life for others.

Job Requirements

Patience: The ability to remain calm and unruffled.

Reliability: Dependability is critical. Patients rely on us to provide care.

Strong Communication Skills: Active listening and clear communication is a must.

Observation Skills: Ability to monitor for safety hazards or changes in health status or safety issues in the home.

Qualifications

Certifications: Are not required but, highly desirable

GED or better.
