The Home Cleaner Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of home cleaners to ensure high-quality cleaning services are delivered efficiently and effectively. This role involves training new staff, conducting quality checks, managing schedules, and handling client communications to ensure satisfaction. The supervisor acts as the primary point of contact for the cleaning team and clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of home cleaners.
Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company standards.
Assign daily tasks and cleaning routes to team members.
Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Handle disciplinary actions as needed, in coordination with management.
Quality Assurance
Conduct frequent on-site inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
Review client feedback and implement necessary adjustments to improve service quality.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and in good working condition.
Verify proper use of cleaning products and adherence to safety guidelines.
Client Relations
Communicate with clients regarding service requests, special instructions, and concerns.
Address and resolve client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Provide estimates for new cleaning services and manage client expectations.
Operational Duties
Develop and manage cleaning schedules to optimize efficiency and coverage.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
Order new supplies as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and submit reports on team performance, incidents, and client feedback.
Monitoring of the team progress throughout the day.
Assure any late arrivals are addressed with staff and communicated to client
Qualifications
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
Bilingual: Seeking for English and Spanish speaker
Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and knowledge of various cleaning chemicals.

Working Conditions
Regular travel to various client locations, often starting in the office.
Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies up to 40 lbs
Flexibility to work longer hours when required
