Spotless STL is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technicians to provide professional house cleaning services throughout the St. Louis area.

This is a performance-based opportunity where your work ethic, efficiency and quality directly impact your earnings. Top-performing team members can earn up to $1,200 per week including tips. We are also looking to promote a high-performing team member into a Trainer position after 30+ days of successful employment.

Responsibilities

Perform residential house cleaning services (recurring, deep cleans, move-in/move-out)

Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas

Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitize, and detail surfaces

Follow company cleaning checklists and systems

Use eco-friendly cleaning products

Provide excellent customer service

Submit digital checklists after each job

What We are looking for:

Valid drivers license, your own vehicle and insurance

Have a smart phone

Full time, Monday - Friday 830 am to 5 pm

Comfortable working independently
