    Customer Service Representative (Miramar Area) We only hire nice, friendly, professional people! In-office position. We are looking for a motivated, friendly and nice individual with a knack for making customers happy in an office environment! This position is for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with computer and order processing skills to interact with customers over the phone, by email and helping to support them in a friendly, respectful and professional manner. About Us: We sell and distribute cutting-edge home control systems and smart home technology products nationally that allow a home to be more comfortable, convenient, secure and energy efficient. For 34 years we have been continually updating and expanding various aspects of our business to stay on the leading edge of business advances. The heart of our company is the exceptional customer service and support for our customers, vendors, and respect for each other internally. We offer great working conditions in a nice office environment. Responsibilities: * Service customers in the most friendly, nice and professional manner possible * Greet and assist customers by email, live chat, websites and on the phone * Assist customers in placing and processing orders, tracking existing orders and checking stock, pricing and availability * Assist customers with their purchase and choosing the right product * Verify and confirm internet orders * Research availability of products and other customer requests * Represent company professionally to customers, guests, and vendors * Help with customer product returns processing * Various projects as assigned Qualifications: * Positive and nice person * Friendly and respectful with customers, vendors, and coworkers * Enjoy a busy office * Enjoy helping customers * Pleasant verbal communication skills and phone voice * Ability to write professional, clear and polite email messages * Enjoy a supportive team environment * Be detailed, organized and accurate * Able to multitask different programs and events at one time * Able to make decisions * Able to manage a large amount of emails * Quick learner * Able to type 40+ wpm * Very comfortable with computers * Some level of Excel worksheet skills * Reliable and punctual Hours and Compensation: Mon-Fri 7:00am - 4:00pm, Full Time, No Weekends Compensation based on experience level Vacation/Personal Days Health benefits and 401k available To Apply: Reply to this ad with a resume and cover letter describing why you are interested in this position and salary expectations.
