We are actively hiring dedicated CDL-A drivers for an elite intermodal fleet out of Troutdale and Portland that pays top-tier money while putting you back in your own bed every single night.

    1. Compensation & Earning Potential

    • Pull in an average of $1,400 to $1,800+ weekly through an aggressive pay structure built for local hustle.
    • Earn a top-tier $0.65 CPM with $22 per stop on all loads (averaging $44 per load).
    • Lock down a $5,000 transition bonus paid out directly to you in $750 increments for every 50 customer deliveries and/or pickups completed.

    2. Route, Freight & Equipment

    • Run regional and local intermodal lanes originating out of Troutdale and Portland, OR, including steady Walmart freight to Hermiston, OR and Grandview, WA (~1 load/week) alongside high-density local freight across Portland and Salem (crossing into WA as required).
    • Enjoy 100% no-touch freight featuring drop-and-hooks, live loads, and live unloads with zero driver-assist unloads. 90% of loads are short-haul runs under 50 miles paying a solid $40 per short load.
    • Hiring across Oregon for drivers living within 25 miles of the Troutdale hub (Zip 97060).

    3. Schedule & Home Time

    • Home daily schedule supported by full weekly 34-hour restarts so you never miss out on family time.
    • Flexible shift choices include day or night schedules running Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday (requires weekend availability, optional holiday work).

    4. Requirements & Screening

    • Minimum of 3 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience required.
    • Requires a standard CDL-A paired with a mandatory Hazmat endorsement.
    • Must pass pre-employment safety and toxicology evaluations, including standard urine analysis and hair follicle drug testing.
