You will serve as a trusted clinical expert for patients, caregivers, and providers, ensuring quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and continuity of care across the Broward County territory.
About the Role
This field-based role blends advanced clinical nursing, patient education, and independent practice. You will assess patient readiness, deliver competency-based training, monitor outcomes, and collaborate closely with nephrologists and interdisciplinary teams.
While working autonomously in the field, you’ll remain closely connected to clinical leadership and quality teams. Strong clinical judgment, regulatory knowledge, and comfort working in patient home environments are essential.
