    Home Every Day. Great Weekly Pay. (Only 4 Openings Left!)

    You'll be hauling dedicated grocery freight on set routes, giving you a smooth routine, strong paychecks, and two full days off every week to kick back and relax.

    What You'll Make

    • Weekly Average: $1,500/week
    • Top Earners: Make $1,800+ weekly
    • Mileage Pay: Up to $0.62 CPM (based on your experience)
    • Unload Pay: $37 per unload
    • Stop Pay: $20 per stop
    • Backhaul Pay: $20 per backhaul
    • Restack Pay: $25 if a pallet needs restacking
    • Training Pay: Paid ride-along training at $100/day

    What the Job Looks Like

    • Home Time: Home every single day with 2 consecutive weekdays off
    • Freight: Dedicated grocery (70% drop & hook / 30% driver unload with an electric pallet jack)
    • Equipment: Slip-seat day cabs (with friendly on-site support staff around during your shift)
    • Operating Area: Running local loops through Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky
    • Daily Workload: About 3 to 5 loads and 5 to 7 stops a day
    • Daily Miles: Around 200 to 300 miles daily ( 1,000 to 1,500 miles weekly)

    Schedule & Hours

    • Start Window: Assigned start time between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM (afternoon/evening shift)
    • Weekends & Holidays: Weekend work is required for new drivers on this account, plus mandatory holidays and the week right before them.

    What We're Looking For

    • Valid Class A CDL
    • At least 3 months of CDL-A experience
    • Must live in or near Monroe ( ZIP 45044 )
    • Reliable personal ride to get to work
    • Clean driving record (MVR) and background check
    • Good, dependable work ethic
    • Quick Heads-Up: This position is not SAP friendly.
