    About Us

    Best Choice Roofing of Greater St. Louis is a locally owned residential exterior replacement company serving owner-occupied homes across the metro. We replace roofing, siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia.

    We're Owens Corning Platinum Preferred—one of only a handful in our area—so we offer warranties and certifications most local shops can't. We run the national Best Choice Roofing brand for buying power and product backing, with a local, involved owner. You get the best of both.

    We hold a 4.9 rating and the recognition to back it: 2026 Small Business of the Year (St. Charles Regional Chamber), St. Louis Magazine A-List finalist, Thumbtack Top Pro, and Angi Super Service Provider. That came from honest estimates and clean work, not pressure. We're scaling to double by 2028, with retail becoming the larger half of the business.

    The Role

    This isn't a "talk them into a roof" job. You're a home exterior advisor, helping homeowners make a smart decision about their biggest asset and closing the right ones at a price that holds.

    You sell on our system by delivering The Honest Assessment: every inspection ends in one of four clear written outcomes on a Roof Report Card before you ever ask for the sale. Our average contract last year was around $15,000 and growing.

    What You'll Do

    Run company-provided leads and generate your own through referrals and canvassing

    Inspect roofs and exteriors, delivering a written Roof Report Card on every appointment

    Build value-first proposals covering materials, warranties, and financing before price

    Handle both retail options and storm/insurance jobs, including meeting adjusters and verifying scope

    Walk homeowners through color selection, contracts, and timelines

    Build referral relationships with realtors, insurance agents, and past customers

    Represent BCR at Chamber and community events

    Keep an active, accurate pipeline in the CRM and show up to weekly meetings ready to work your numbers

    Who We Want

    1–2 years in outside sales (home services a plus, not required)

    You present, negotiate, and hold your price—if your instinct is to discount to the close, this isn't the seat

    You can run a CRM (we use JobNimbus), Office, and Google Workspace

    You can run a retail value sale and an insurance claim without losing the homeowner

    You're organized and don't need to be chased

    Requirements

    Valid driver's license and clean driving record

    Reliable vehicle for daily appointments across the territory

    Able to pass a background check and safely access/inspect roofs

    What We Expect

    Hit your monthly revenue number, close at 30%+, carry company leads plus your own pipeline, build 5 new referral relationships a month, and protect margin with honest estimating.

    Compensation

    W2, outside sales exempt, 100% commission—uncapped. Company-lead deals average ~$1,050 per close; self-generated ~$1,350. A full calendar plus your own pipeline runs about two deals a week. Realistic first-year earnings: $70,000–$100,000 for an advisor who hits the bar, with more upside as lead volume grows. Earnings are based on performance and not guaranteed.
