    Job Description

    PRIMARY DUTY: The Brand Manager will assist in strategic planning and the execution of marketing efforts (online and offline) pertaining to Tailored Living and Concrete Craft consumer brands. This individual will be responsible for overseeing consumer-facing creative and content development for two national home improvement brands, developing brand strategies for continued growth and expansion, and ensuring adoption at the local level (franchisees).

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    1. Ownership of the Tailored Living and Concrete Craft brands from analysis and development of the marketing plan through implementation.

    2. Manage and improve (ongoing) national brand awareness, lead generation, and lead flow for both brands.

    3. Manage project budgets, campaign tracking, reporting and optimization.

    4. Developing creative briefs and providing ongoing creative direction to internal graphic designers and external agency partners

    5. Maintain annual marketing calendar and messaging that aligns with product seasonality and new product launches

    6. Collaborate with agencies to develop and manage customer acquisition campaigns, customer relationship marketing, national direct response advertising, special promotions, new product launches, and other national and local marketing initiatives as it pertains to driving consumer awareness and lead generation.

    7. Work with cross-functional marketing team members to ensure the integrity and positioning of each brand is consistent and on strategy for all online and offline media and assets.

    8. Development and enhancements of collateral and advertising tools, both digital and traditional, for national efforts and local franchisee use. (Including but not limited to: print ad templates, blogs, digital assets, infographics, marketing toolkits, eBlasts, social videos, etc.)

    9. Manage and collaborate with internal teams, agencies and vendor partners to build, deliver and manage marketing tools, digital asset management sites, intranet portals, initiatives and communication platforms as needed for the brands.

    10. Regular communication to internal teams regarding status and launch of marketing efforts, reporting and recommendations for optimizing programs.

    11. Champion the Tailored Living and Concrete Craft brands with compelling presentations to internal teams as well as franchisee-facing meetings as needed throughout the year.

    SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Bachelor’s Degree required in related field (Marketing, Communications, etc.)

    2. Brand Marketing experience required

    3. Minimum 5 years’ experience with proven success in Marketing including digital and traditional media.

    4. Have worked in or are familiar with franchisee organizations (a plus).

    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; public speaking required.

    6. Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

    7. Ability to develop and lead execution of integrated marketing plans

    8. Experience working with and leading cross-functional team members in marketing, operations, training, products, and key account teams.

    9. Effective problem-solving skills.

    10. Leadership qualities with efficient team management skills.

    11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    12. Proficiency on PC with excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe and Outlook.
