    Job Description

    Home Franchise Concepts is looking for a Marketing Analyst to gather, interpret, and use complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize marketing results. Day-to-day, you will assess company and franchisee needs, receive robust information, and analyze it, looking for telltale trends or areas for improvement. Ultimately, you will help us ensure we spend our marketing budget efficiently by reporting and informing key stakeholders on trends and the impact it has on the company and franchisees.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collect, summarize, and assess information to measure the effectiveness of each media channel of local, regional, and national impact on franchisee success
    • Develop dashboards that summarize key performance indicators and trends for the brand and its competitors across retailers and channels • Report on and provide insights on marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, social media engagement and others
    • Implement and QA proper campaign tracking on new and existing initiatives by assigning campaign parameters
    • Pull raw data files from the database, in addition to scrubbing, merging and uploading data.
    • Create ad hoc reports gathering insights from syndicated and secondary data to address specific business questions
    • Communicate with vendors on latest initiatives to help explain trends and identify opportunities for improvement
    • Proactively mine and assess databases to develop storytelling insights to inform stakeholders on business and performance trends, alert of irregularities in the data, and provide recommendations for improvement
    • Develop monthly and quarterly presentations reporting on key insight
    • Measure performance of online and offline campaigns • Work with pertinent stakeholders to develop attribution modeling
    • Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns in collaboration with marketing team
    • Conduct competitive research and analyze benchmarking data
    • Recommend website and campaign optimizations
    • Research and implement new marketing and reporting tools
    • Stay up to date and gather data on the latest marketing trends • Effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders and executive team
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities

    Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have the following requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent is a must. Must possess strong analytical, statistical, and broad mathematical skills.

    • 1+ years of experience in a similar role

    • Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and PowerPoint

    • Experience in Google Data Studio or other data visualization is preferred

    • Extreme attention to detail, especially when processing data, feedback and proof-reading Must be a strong time manager and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    • Must be willing to adapt quickly to changing responsibilities

    • Must be able to communicate with all levels of management (to include Sr. Executives)

    • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills

    • Display sound judgment; initiative; flexibility; detail-orientation; and problem-solving skills

    • Enthusiastic about learning new skills
