Position Description:

The Marketing department is the face of our business, so it is important that our representatives are able to communicate well and make a connection with potential clients quickly. The Director of Marketing will oversee the department of 10-15 representatives, which consists of multiple territories throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and South New Jersey.

Minimum Requirements and Competencies:

• Requires 2+ years of experience managing a high performing lead generating outside sales team, canvassing team, field canvassing reps, door to door reps or similar

-Requires 2+ years of managing teams to staff events, home shows, and other retail and special events

• Experience creating a fun and winning culture

• Work experience in a fast paced, high pressure environment

• Natural ability to speak clearly and publicly with confidence

Ability to recruit top talent to the team

Ability to self-manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives

• High level of flexibility in a constantly changing environment

Ability to analyze effectiveness of canvassing program and canvassing team

Responsibilities:

• Strategize to develop and implement new marketing communications, sales promotion and advertising

• Recruit, hire, and train new representatives

• Manage scripts and process flows while being able to make on the fly changes to both

• Promote teamwork through consistency, reliability, and group cohesiveness

• Track internal data within the department such as appointments, demonstrations, and sales on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

• Travel to different territories within the department on an as needed basis

• Obtain goals set forth by the Vice President of the division

• Establish a healthy and competitive work environment for your team of marketing representatives

• Lead weekly team meetings and trainings to teach the latest in product development and sales techniques

• Maintain and exceed weekly lead generation goals and conversion rates

• Exceed customer service expectations by providing an outstanding experience to every potential customer

Pay:

$105,000.00 - $145,000.00 First Year Income
