About the Role:

As a Home Health Account Executive at QUANTUM HEALTHCARE, you will play a vital role in expanding our services in SW Houston. Join our dynamic team and make a difference in the lives of patients while building strong relationships with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources.

Conduct presentations and educational sessions to promote home health services.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market.

Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.

Attend networking events and community outreach programs to enhance visibility.

Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies in sales practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in healthcare sales or account management, preferably in home health.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.

Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and home health industry standards.

Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the area.
