Job Title: Home Care Aide / Companion Caregiver Location: Manassas Pay: $24 - $40 / hour — based on experience Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time / Flexible Hours

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

Help with errands and grocery shopping

Medication reminders (no administering medications)

Assist with hygiene, dressing, or mobility (as allowed under state laws)

Escort to doctor appointments or community outings

Maintain documentation and communicate client updates

Qualifications:

Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal)

CNA/HHA certification is a plus but not required

Must pass background check

CPR certification preferred (or willing to obtain)

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Friendly, dependable, and respectful with excellent communication skills
