About the Role:

Twin Angels Home Care in Columbus, OH is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide/STNA to join our growing care team. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Monitor and document client health status, reporting changes to supervising staff

Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support

Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed treatment plans

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed

Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment

Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Requirements:

Valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio preferred

Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, CNA, or caregiver strongly preferred

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Columbus, OH area

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
