Home Health Aide (HHA) – Cleveland West Side

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide quality in-home care to clients throughout Cleveland’s West Side. If you are passionate about helping others maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence at home, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Aide experience required
• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing respectful, high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and other tasks related to client care
• Support clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Follow established plans of care and communicate changes or concerns appropriately

Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program

High School Diploma or GED

One year of prior professional experience

Driver’s license required

CPR certification preferred
