We are seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. This position requires a caring individual who is committed to delivering high-quality care while respecting the dignity and privacy of those we serve. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a critical role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort and safety in their home environment.

Schedule:

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9AM-5PM

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Provide meal preparation and ensure clients receive nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.

Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

Support clients with mobility and transfers, including lifting when necessary, while adhering to safety protocols.

Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote physical and emotional well-being.

Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall quality of life for clients.

Follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals and participate in team meetings as required.

Columbus, Ohio (East side)

Skills:

Experience or training in home health aide is required.

Knowledge of long-term care systems and practices is advantageous.

Proficiency in CPR and basic first aid techniques is essential.

Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions effectively.

Ability to lift patients safely using proper techniques and equipment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others improve their quality of life through dedicated care.
