Are you passionate about helping others live safely and independently in their own homes?

Brite Horizon is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) / Personal Care Aides to support individuals in the community, including seniors and individuals with disabilities, through personal care and homemaker services.

🔹 What You’ll Do

As a Home Aide, you will provide essential daily support that helps individuals maintain independence and quality of life.

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

Support mobility and safe transfers

Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed

Provide medication reminders (non-skilled)

Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, cleaning)

Provide companionship and emotional support

Assist with errands and community activities (if applicable)

Monitor and report changes in condition to supervisor

Follow individualized care plans

🔹 Work Environment

Services are provided in clients’ homes

Travel between client locations may be required

Work may involve physical activity (lifting, standing, assisting with mobility)

🔹 What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass background check

Compassionate and patient demeanor

Strong communication skills

Preferred (not required):

Home Health Aide certification

CPR/First Aid certification

Experience in home care or caregiving
