As a Home Health Caregiver, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, compassionate, and enjoys meaningful, hands-on work. You’ll provide personalized, one-on-one care tailored to each client’s specific needs. We currently have both Part Time- and Full-time hours available with flexible working hours.

Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour. Any shift 3 hours or longer is paid at a base rate between $19-$22 based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.

Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification.

A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.

A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
