About the Role:

Join Onyx Home Health Solutions as a Home Health Aide/CNA and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Jacksonville, FL. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential care and support in a home setting, ensuring comfort and dignity for those we serve.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Monitor and document clients' health conditions and report changes to healthcare professionals.

Medication reminders and assist with mobility and physical exercises.

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required.

Previous experience in home health care or a similar role preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate records.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
