About the Role:

ComForCare Home Care - Jackson/Adrian/Hillsdale is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join their growing team in Adrian, MI. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation

Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors

Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands

Follow individualized care plans to ensure consistent, high-quality personal care

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, CNA, or in a related caregiving role preferred

Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
