Now Hiring: Full-Time Home Health Aide (HHA)

Location: Cicero, Indiana 46034 Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift | 40 Hours/Week Pay Rate: $18:00/Hour

We are seeking a kind, dependable, and compassionate Home Health Aide to provide personalized care for a sweet elderly lady in the comfort of her home. The ideal candidate will be patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy supporting seniors with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):

Bathing, grooming, dressing

Toileting and hygiene care

Mobility and transfer assistance

Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs):

Light housekeeping

Meal preparation

Laundry

Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN

Ensure infection prevention and safety practices

Support Fall Prevention Strategies

Maintain accurate documentation per the Agency standards

Qualifications

Active HHA or CNA certification (Indiana)

Minimum High School Diploma or GED

Current TB test

Must pass criminal background check

Reliable transportation

Professional, compassionate, and dependable
