Schedule

Monday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Thursday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Graceful Touch Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable and compassionate Companion Caregiver/PCA to provide one-on-one support to an adult client in the home.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and safety supervision

Assist with personal care and mobility as needed

Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping

Provide medication reminders

Assist with errands as needed

Must be willing to accompany the client to doctor’s appointments during scheduled work hours

Observe and report changes in the client’s health or behavior

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of caregiving or companion care experience

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Dependable, patient, respectful, and professional

CPR certification preferred
