Home Health Aide (HHA) / Caregiver – Dementia Care

Columbus, OH 43123 Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Weekly Pay + Benefits + Flexible Scheduling

We are currently seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for a client with dementia in Columbus, Ohio.

This is a great opportunity for caregivers, HHAs, CNAs, or home care professionals looking for a consistent weekday schedule in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Assist client with daily living activities (ADLs)

Bathing

Dressing

Grooming

Toileting

Provide safe mobility assistance (1-person assist)

Monitor safety and maintain a clean home environment

Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

Observe and report changes in client condition

Follow care plans and complete required documentation

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in home care, caregiving, or healthcare required

Dementia care experience strongly preferred

HHA or CNA experience is a plus

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Must pass background check and drug screening

Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently

Strong communication and time-management skills
