Position Overview Life and Light Healthcare Services is seeking Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) to provide compassionate and skilled care to clients in a home health setting under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

Responsibilities

Administer prescribed oral, topical, and other approved medications safely and accurately.

Document all medication administration in MARs/EHRs.

Observe, report, and document any side effects or changes in client's condition to the supervising nurse.

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.

Accompany clients to doctors' appointments.

Perform light housekeeping duties

Follow all agency policies, infection control procedures, and state regulations.

Qualifications

Active Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification with the Maryland Board of Nursing.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care preferred.

Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and compassion for others.
