Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming • Provide companionship and emotional support • Meal preparation and light housekeeping • Assist with mobility and fall prevention • Follow care plans and report any changes to the office

Requirements

• Active NYS HHA certification (required) • Minimum 1 year home care experience • Must be available to work weekends • Reliable, professional, and punctual • Strong communication skills • Authorized to work in the U.S.
