BrightStar Care is hiring an experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) for one-on-one, in-home care in Worthington, OH. If you’re a dependable caregiver looking for consistent 12-hour shifts and meaningful work, this is a great opportunity.

Schedule (Consistent Weekly Hours)

Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Choose one shift:

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do

Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Support mobility and transfers (client assists)

Prepare meals and assist with daily routines

Provide medication administration/reminders

Transport client to appointments and outings

Monitor safety and encourage engagement

Complete accurate documentation

Assist with light pet care

Requirements

Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required

1+ year of home care or caregiving experience preferred

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

CPR & First Aid certification (required)

Medication Administration certification (required)

Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Ability to assist with lifting/transfers (up to 80 lbs with assistance)

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

Comfortable working in a home with a pet
