Pay: Starting at $19.10/hr | Full-Time & Part-Time | All Shifts Available

We are seeking certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide high-quality, reliable support to seniors and individuals in need throughout the Albany, NY area.
Job Summary
As an HHA/PCA, you will provide essential care and companionship to clients in their homes or assisted living settings. Your support helps clients maintain their independence, comfort, and dignity.
This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Provide support with meal preparation, feeding, and following dietary restrictions.
Administer medications as instructed by healthcare professionals.
Monitor and document changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or mental condition.
Perform light housekeeping: laundry, cleaning, organizing, etc.
Escort clients to medical appointments, errands, and social outings.
Offer companionship, emotional support, and a safe, positive environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
HHA or PCA certification (training available for those not yet certified)
Experience in senior care, home care, nursing homes, or assisted living preferred
Strong time-management skills
Ability to lift, transfer, and support clients safely
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, families, and care teams
Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow care plans accurately
Spanish language skills required
