Position: Home Health Aide (HHA) Location: Northwest Columbus, OH Employer: BrightStar Care Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour Schedule: Part-time and Full-time available | 20–40 hours per week

Job Summary: BrightStar Care is currently hiring Home Health Aides to provide in-home, support to clients in the Northwest Columbus area. This position involves assisting individuals with personal care and daily tasks in their home environment. Flexible shifts are available based on caregiver availability and client needs.

Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

Provide mobility assistance and ensure a safe home environment

Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisors

Follow client-specific care plans and documentation procedures

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or related field

Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
