We are actively seeking a skilled Home Health Aide to join our team! In this role, you will work directly with patients, implementing personalized care plans in their homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles

Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care

Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor

Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert

Give medication reminders

Engage patients in exercises or other activities

Qualifications:

Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program

High School Diploma or GED

>Four years prior experience in senior caregiving

Valid driver’s license

Proof of auto insurance with your name on the policy

Proof of current CPR certification (Valid means the CPR course was certified by the American Heart Association and includes in-person validation of your skills)

Ability to pass AHCA background screening
