About the Role:

Are you a dedicated, professional, experienced HHA or PCA with a great attitude? We offer flexible long and short hours to accommodate your schedule while providing compassionate care and support.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the nursing staff.

Remind clients to take all medications and ensure compliance with care plans.

Help with light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Transport clients to appointments and assist with mobility as needed.

Document care provided and maintain accurate records for each client.

Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide required

Previous experience in home health care or a similar role is required.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation, driver's license is a plus.

Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is preferred.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
