Job Summary We’re looking for compassionate, dependable In-Home Caregivers—including CNAs, PCAs, and Home Health Aides—in Bridgeport, CT, and nearby areas. Full- and part-time opportunities are available. As a caregiver, you’ll help clients maintain their quality of life by assisting with personal care, household tasks, and social engagement. Bilingual Spanish/English caregivers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities Daily Routine Support: Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene. Meal Support: Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs. Medication Assistance: Provide reminders as directed. Home Management: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a tidy environment. Community Access: Provide transportation for grocery shopping, errands, medical appointments, and social outings. Social Engagement: Offer meaningful companionship, engaging clients in conversation, reading, and recreational activities. Safety: Monitor the home environment for fall risks and assist with safe transfers. Observation & Reporting: Report changes in clients’ physical, mental, or emotional condition to supervising staff. Tailored Care Plans: Follow individualized care plans accurately and efficiently.

Requirements Compassion: A genuine desire to improve the quality of life for others. Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Reliability and Professional Conduct: Punctuality and professionalism are essential. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D., or any other relevant certification.
