We are seeking a dependable and compassionate female Home Health Aide to provide homemaking and personal care services for a client in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, and comfortable working independently in a home setting

Key Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.

Provide mobility assistance and help maintain a safe home environment.

Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and basic errands.

Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the care team.

Follow the client's individualized care plan.

Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.

Provide respectful, compassionate, and reliable care.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience in home care, home health, or a related field.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Comfortable working in a home with a small dog.

Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.

Strong communication and time-management skills.

Must be available for the complete Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule.
