Position Summary
Homewatch CareGivers is seeking a compassionate, dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) with back-office or administrative experience to support both client care and office operations. This hybrid role includes providing in-home assistance to clients while also supporting scheduling, documentation, communication, and general office tasks.
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish preferred) are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay: $15 – $18 per hour

Required Qualifications
• Active HHA, CNA, or equivalent caregiving experience • Back-office/administrative experience strongly preferred (scheduling, documentation, phone communication, data entry, EMR usage, or support tasks) • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred • Prior home care or healthcare experience preferred • Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism with clients and families • Basic knowledge of infection-control practices • Basic Life Support (BLS) knowledge required
Responsibilities
Client Care Duties:
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility • Provide companionship, emotional support, and medication reminders • Monitor and document basic observations and changes in client condition • Maintain a safe and clean environment following health and safety standards
Back-Office/Administrative Duties:
• Assist with scheduling shifts and coordinating caregiver coverage • Help maintain accurate client and caregiver documentation • Answer phones, support client and caregiver inquiries, and provide follow-up communication • Assist with onboarding paperwork, filing, and general office support tasks • Collaborate closely with the care team to ensure seamless service delivery
