About the Role We are looking for CNAs and LNAs who are passionate about delivering high-quality care with empathy and respect. In this role, you will:
- Provide Direct Patient Care: Work closely with our patients, assisting them with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, ambulating, transferring, and toileting. Your care will help maintain their dignity and independence.
- Monitor and Report: Keep a close eye on vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration. If something seems off, you’ll promptly report it to the supervising nurse, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Ensure Comfort and Safety: Create a safe and clean environment for your patients. Proper positioning, careful lifting, and transferring techniques are essential to maintaining their comfort and safety.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, adhering to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in the provision of care.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Hold a current valid Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or Licensed Nursing Assistant license.
- Possess a current valid Arizona Driver's license.
- Ability to get an Arizona finger print card
- Reliable personal transportation is a must.
- Current CPR Certification required.
- TB clearance health card that meets federal/state requirements or the ability to obtain.
- U.S. citizenship or proof of legal work status.
- Ability to successfully pass background checks.
- Bilingual and/or conversational Spanish language ability is a plus!
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Successful completion of college/training required for Arizona CNA/LNA license.
