    Venice, FL

    Teaching Hearts at Home is seeking a Home Care Manager / Alternate Administrator to help lead and grow our home care operations. This leadership role oversees caregivers, scheduling, compliance, and client care while supporting the continued growth of our agency.

    Compensation

    $50,000 – $65,000 annually (based on experience)

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Operations

    Oversee the daily operations of the home care office with a focus on quality and efficiency.

    Supervise caregivers, manage scheduling, and coordinate client services.

    Support and lead an office team focused on excellent care and client satisfaction.

    Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining caregivers.

    Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure continuous client support.

    Compliance & Quality

    Ensure compliance with Florida state home care regulations and agency policies.

    Maintain accurate documentation and oversee EVV compliance and quality assurance.

    Monitor performance and help improve operations through reporting and key metrics.

    Growth & Community Engagement

    Help build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.

    Support outreach efforts to grow the agency and expand services in the community.

    Qualifications

    Leadership experience in home care, healthcare, or a related service industry.

    Experience managing caregivers, scheduling systems, and client care coordination.

    Knowledge of home care regulations, compliance, and EVV systems preferred.

    Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

    Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
