Gentle Care Home Services is a small business in Augusta, GA. We are inclusive, professional, social and our goal is to provide professional care to our clients with a happy and loyal staff.

We are looking for a LPN that will regularly assesses the needs of clients receiving nursing services. We are a Private-in-Home Care for children with a medical condition and diagnosed with special needs. Position will start as Part-Time. Looking for availability on Friday, Saturday & Sunday a must.

Qualifications:

Georgia LPN License

Clean criminal background check

Negative TB test

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

One to one patient care in a home environment

Execution of physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record

Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies

Patient assessments, coordination of care

Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
