    Key Responsibilities

    Patient Evaluation & Treatment

    • Assess patients’ physical abilities and limitations.

    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional abilities.

    • Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities with patient comfort and dignity in mind.

    Patient Education & Support

    • Educate patients and families on therapy benefits and home exercise programs.

    • Offer encouragement and guidance throughout the recovery process.

    Collaboration

    • Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

    Documentation

    • Maintain accurate, detailed progress notes and communicate updates to the care team.

    Professional Development

    • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and maintain required continuing education.

    Qualifications

    • Current Arizona Physical Therapist (PT) license.

    • 1 year of home health preferred.

    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
