Responsibilities: • Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting). • Prepare simple, nutritious meals and help with feeding if needed. • Offer companionship and emotional support to promote dignity and independence. • Help clients with mobility and safe transfers. • Perform light housekeeping and laundry. • Observe and report any changes in client condition to supervisor. • Maintain confidentiality (HIPAA) and follow company care standards. Qualifications: • Reliability and compassion are a must. • Prior home care or facility experience preferred (not required). • Ability to lift and assist clients safely. • Reliable transportation required. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to pass a background check. Compensation: $13 - $17 hourly
