    Schedule

    Monday–Friday: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    Additional day shift: Friday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    CNAs will always be paired—you will not be working alone

    Responsibilities

    Provide personalized care tailored to each client’s needs

    Assist with activities of daily living, including:

    Meal preparation and feeding

    Light housekeeping and linen changes

    Transportation to appointments and errands

    Outdoor activities and shopping

    Support client mobility (active and passive exercises) per care plan

    Observe and report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing

    Requirements

    Must be CNA certified (no caregivers)

    2–3 years of experience required

    Must provide a resume with relevant experience

    Experience with total care patients and Hoyer lift required

    Must be reliable, a team player, and committed

    High school diploma or GED

    Current CPR certification

    Negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray)

    Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.)

    Important Information

    This is a VIP patient, and the family is very particular

    A meet-and-greet/interview with the family is required prior to starting

    We will accommodate all reasonable requests from the family for this case
