Current Client Opportunity

We are currently seeking a caregiver for:

Male patient in Allen, TX

Schedule: 7 days a week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (multiple caregivers may be assigned)

Care Needs: Assistance with ADLs and ostomy bag care/cleaning

Environment: Small dog in the home

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services tailored to each client’s needs

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming

Perform ostomy care and bag cleaning per care plan and training

Assist with:

Meal preparation and feeding

Light housekeeping and linen changes

Transportation to appointments and errands

Outdoor activities and shopping

Support client mobility (active and passive exercises) per care plan

Observe and report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing

Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year of caregiver or home care experience

Experience with or willingness to be trained in ostomy care

High school diploma or GED

Current CPR certification

Negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray)

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance

Comfortable working in a home with a small dog

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.)
