🌟 Current Client Opportunity
We are currently looking for a dedicated caregiver to support clients in the Mansfield, Fort Worth, and Crowley areas.
Experience with the following is strongly preferred:
Adolescent autism care
Geriatric care
Don't have experience in every area? We're willing to train the right compassionate and dependable candidate!
💙 What You'll Do
As a BrightStar Caregiver, you'll provide personalized support based on each client's individual needs and care plan.
Your responsibilities may include:
Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily routines
Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Provide ostomy care and bag cleaning according to the care plan and training provided
Support and engage with an adolescent client with autism
Provide quality care and companionship to geriatric clients
Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Perform light housekeeping and linen changes
Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
Participate in outdoor activities and shopping with clients
Support mobility through active and passive exercises as outlined in the care plan
Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the Director of Nursing

✅ What You'll Need
At least 1 year of caregiver or home care experience
Experience with adolescents with autism and/or geriatric clients preferred
Willingness to learn and receive training in ostomy care
High school diploma or GED
Current CPR certification
Negative TB test (skin test or chest X-ray)
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and assisting clients with mobility
