Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers Prepare meals and provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other tasks that help maintain a safe and comfortable home Provide transportation and assistance with appointments, errands, and shopping Provide companionship, conversation, supervision, and meaningful social interaction Support clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease , with training available when needed Accurately document services provided and communicate client changes, concerns, or needs to the On Demand Home Care team Qualifications: Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care Previous caregiving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to successfully pass a background check Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain Strong communication skills and ability to reliably follow client care instructions and schedules Weekend availability required — must be available to work at least two weekends per month, typically every other weekend Compensation: $19 - $21 hourly
